Complimentary Walkthroughs
However you book, we offer FREE 15-minute in-home walkthroughs for anyone interested in a cleaning. We’ll assess your space and provide a cleaning quote tailored to your needs. Your quote will be an estimated range based on the time needed for the cleaning. The price is capped at the upper limit of this range, even if your cleaning runs longer we won’t change above it (unless you request we add additional work). If the team takes less time than estimated, we’ll lower your price to match their time.
Want to know if we can get out that mark that won’t come off the kitchen cabinet? Curious if our vacuum will reach *all* the way under that furniture that hasn’t moved in ages? Need to warn us about the one set of blinds that threatens to fall off the wall at the slightest breeze? You can get into all the little details and more with one of our cleaning professionals.

First Time Cleaning
If you’re looking for recurring services, we’ll need to set up a First-Time Cleaning to kick things off!
First-time cleanings take longer than typical recurring cleanings. The goal of a first-time cleaning is to clear any old build-up and grime. This allows your recurring cleanings to start from a clean slate, making them shorter and more efficient since they’ll only need to address routine day-to-day build-up.
First-time cleanings include small additional details, like vacuuming dust out of all bathroom exhaust and air return vents. Depending on how regularly your home is maintained, you may want a thorough Premium cleaning for your First-Time or you may just launch straight into your regular recurring cleanings.
Recurring Cleanings
After your third recurring cleaning, we’ll know exactly how long your cleanings will take. Based on this we’ll set a fixed price for your routine cleanings. This price won’t change unless there is a significant alteration to the scope of work (e.g. you add or remove an area of your home to clean). You’ll be able to reach out to our office to request changes, add-ons, or reschedule. You will also have the option of using our Portal to make alterations to your bookings online.
Please be aware that as a small business, we usually are unable to fill spaces left open by cleanings canceled or rescheduled within 48 business hours of their set time. We charge a late change fee of 50% of the booking cost. This fee goes directly to your assigned cleaning team to cover their lost hours. This fee may be waived if you are able to reschedule within the same week.
